Two specialists, always directly involved.

Theo van der Meijs
Theo van der MeijsGraphic designer

Theo has been in the business for more than thirty years and always starts with the bigger picture.

Where do the commercial and economic interests and opportunities lie? And how do you create a story that works for both the client and the target audience?

He is businesslike, commercially minded and at ease thinking along at a strategic level. Sometimes a little long-winded, but always because a good story has several layers. The details are where unique opportunities tend to hide.

As the founder of Studio-073, he knows the world of real estate and larger organisations well, and quickly senses how a property can be positioned more strongly in the market. Design is the key to increasing appeal, distinction and, ultimately, value.

Theo approaches photography from the same perspective. It’s not just the property itself that counts, but above all its surroundings, the people and the atmosphere around it. After all, the location and the profile of its visitors directly shape how a property is perceived and what it is worth.

Katja de Gouw
Katja de GouwGraphic designer

Katja is concise and has a sharp eye for visuals.

Starting from the positioning and direction, she translates strategy into a design you can see and feel.

Colour, composition, typography, imagery and rhythm are her tools for giving a story character. She excels at finding inspiration and mood imagery, and brings it together in moodboards that fit each project precisely. That way, a clear visual direction takes shape early on.

With a background in interior architecture and graphic design, Katja has a strong sense of aesthetics and coherence. She works in a highly structured way, guards the grid and makes sure every element has its place. She organises complex information, distils it to the essence and always looks for the right balance between content, appearance and simplicity.

So strategy doesn’t remain an abstract story, but becomes a visual world that fits.

A property that needs to stand out?
