A name that asks for red, and a building that deserves nuance.
For CBRE, we designed the investment memorandum for The RED: a new-build, multi-tenant office development right next to Eindhoven Central Station, in the KnoopXL / Lightyards district at the heart of Brainport.
The logo and the architectural visuals already existed. Our task was to build a document around them that does justice to the property and presents it convincingly to investors.
The memorandum follows the name, without resorting to bright red. Instead, we worked with a range of deep and warm shades of red that give the document calm, depth and a premium feel.
In The RED’s façade, the window frames and balconies create a distinctive play of lines. We brought that rhythm into the memorandum as a graphic device, most clearly on the investment highlights spread.
