A supermarket and a fast-food restaurant. What do they have in common?
For Cushman & Wakefield and Spring Real Estate, we designed one combined investment memorandum for the sale of two buildings: a Jumbo supermarket in Mook and a KFC restaurant in Cuijk.
We searched for a long time for what connects them. Food was the obvious answer, but we chose a more creative angle: both are located along the Meuse. Besides the concept, we also came up with the name, Le Meuse, and built the whole design on that idea.

The Meuse runs through the entire memorandum, abstracted into one bold, winding line that flows from page to page and ties the two buildings together.
We kept the palette to three primary colours: yellow for Jumbo, red for KFC and blue for everything they share, a direct reference to the water of the river.
